Terms of Service

The ground rules for using Shuttle Club to coordinate shared rides and family schedules.

Effective September 9, 2026 · Version 2026-09-09

Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be 18 years or older to create or use a Shuttle Club account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of information you provide about your household and family.

What Shuttle Club Does

  • Shuttle Club helps groups coordinate schedules, households, attendance, and shared rides.
  • It is coordination software, not a transportation provider, emergency service, safety-screening service, or insurer. We do not guarantee that a ride, driver, or passenger assignment will be available.

Household and Child Information

  • Only provide information you are authorized to provide.
  • You are responsible for having permission to enter information about children and other household members and for keeping that information accurate.

Contact Information

  • Phone and email sharing is optional and controlled per group.
  • When enabled, active members of that group may see the selected contact method and may copy, screenshot, or forward it.
  • Do not use another member’s information for harassment, marketing, or any unlawful purpose.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the service, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not use the service in a way that creates unreasonable risk to children or other members. Contact emergency services directly for emergencies.

Changes, Reports and Termination

  • We may update these Terms when necessary. Material changes require acceptance before continued use.
  • You may report abuse or a safety concern through Help & privacy or by contacting hi@shuttleclub.ca.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts or groups that violate these Terms, create safety or legal risk, or threaten the service.

Privacy and Third-Party Services

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information.
  • Shuttle Club relies on third-party infrastructure and delivery providers to operate the service.

Legal Terms

  • These Terms, including applicable disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing-law rules, dispute procedures, and consumer rights, are subject to applicable law and will be finalized with Canadian and US legal counsel before broad commercial launch.
