  • To match parents with drivers, manage ride requests, and send notifications.
  • To improve the app via aggregated, anonymized analytics.
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3 Sharing With Third Parties

  • We may share aggregated, non-identifying statistics with partners (e.g., "X families use ShuttleClub in [City]").
  • Service providers (e.g., Google Cloud Messaging, Firebase Crashlytics) process data only to provide the service and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

4 Data Retention

  • Your account data remains until you delete it via request.
  • If you opt out of notifications, we keep minimal metadata for compliance (e.g., audit logs).

5 Your Rights & Choices

  • You may view, edit, or delete any personal data at any time.

6 Security

  • All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS.
  • Data at rest is stored in Google Cloud / Firebase with industry-standard encryption.

7 Children's Privacy

  • The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  • We may update this policy. Any material change will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
